Take each dose with a 250 mL glass of water. Drink plenty of water. Swallow 1 capsule at a time and take in an upright position.
To supplement daily fibre intake, take 2-6 capsules up to 3 times daily. Start with 1 dose per day, and gradually increase to 3 doses per day as necessary.
Contains sulfites. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use in cases of medication induced constipation. Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present or if you develop diarrhoea. In case of overdose, seek professional help or contact a Poison Information Centre immediately. For children ≥ 12 years, seek medical advice. Bulk fibre may affect how well other medicines work. If you are taking a prescription medicine by mouth, take this product at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after the prescribed medicine to minimize any effect on drug absorption.
